The Shih Tzu puppies, named Bernie, Tilly, Hettie, Betsy, Harold, Sandy and Norman by staff at the charity’s rehoming centre in Shilton Road, Burford, were transferred into Blue Cross care after being found by a member of the public and taken to Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary.
